1928- The Original “BCN,” Bradley-Chesbrough-Niswonger, Inc. of Ann Arbor, Michigan was established. BCN started as a commercial lines insurance agency, expanding to personal lines, particularly life insurance, group insurance and mutual funds. BCN founder Russ Bradley, is pictured below. 1985 – BCN Inc., expanded its headquarters to its current Liberty Road location in a 65,000-square- foot business complex.

1992 – BCN Services, Inc. established its roots in the BCN family of companies.  In 1994, BCN began on-site payroll, delivery of benefits, and coordinated risk management services from its headquarters facility. Over the next five years, BCN was managing client employees in more than 30 states.

2016 – BCN celebrates over 85 years of servicing clients with our staff of Human Resources Professionals.  Our longest-standing client relationship spans 21 years.  BCN operates in 47 states, as a valued HR partner to our clients ranging from two employees to well over 1,000.

Sue has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and has obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. She has been with BCN for more than nine years managing legal compliance and employee relations matters.

Susan Price

Susan Price

Strategic Services Manager

Susan rejoined BCN in 2016. She originally was with BCN in 2006 and after several years of service left for a short period to be an HR Manager in the Long Term Care industry. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and is a certified senior professional in Human Resources. She has over 20 years Human Resources and Customer Service experience and is focused on aligning BCN HR programs with Client business strategies

Patrick Boeheim

Safety & Risk Manager

Patrick joined BCN in 2008 with 25 years experience in the occupational health industry. He has worked as both a manager and consultant. Patrick has a broad background in workers’ compensation claims with special focus on employee return to work programs

Dave Pilon

Dave Pilon


Dave joined the BCN team in early 2018 and brings with him over 20 years’ C level financial experience. His background ranges from light manufacturing and retail with a heavy concentration in the construction, property management and real estate development industries. His diverse industry background makes him a welcome asset to BCN and its client base. Dave graduated from Grand Valley State University with Major in Accounting.

Marcus has over 20 years experience in the Information Systems industry. He joined BCN in 2000 and works to ensure the highest level of effectiveness within our systems to our clients. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a major in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.

Corey Decker

Sales Manager

Corey leads the sales team at BCN Services that brings business solutions for Human Resource Administration, Payroll, Risk Compliance and Employee Benefits to small and midsize organizations. Her career has spanned more than 20 years in sales and management in the fields of HR, tax and accounting software, training and consulting services. Corey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with minors in Business Administration and French.

President and owner of BCN Services since 1994, Andy has 32 years of executive leadership in the financial and business services industries, with the past 21 years exclusively in the PEO industry. Andy holds multiple licenses with FINRA and the State of Michigan in securities. He holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
